Overview

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our energetic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop hospitality skills in a fast-paced food industry workplace, with responsibilities that include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experiences.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Handle cash and process payments accurately, including cashiering duties
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
Assist in setting up tables, refilling supplies, and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Manage time efficiently during busy periods to serve multiple tables effectively
Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, specials,



and restaurant policies

Skills
Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced workplace
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills accurately
Understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
Experience in upselling menu items to increase sales opportunities
Hospitality mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and positive guest interactions
Kitchen experience or food industry background is advantageous but not mandatory
