Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a business plan for civil construction
• Assist in qualifying Tensar systems by implementing bid strategies




• Create specifications in collaboration with municipal engineers
• Manage distributor relationships and provide on-site assistance
• Generate monthly projects and sales forecasts for the Area Director
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience
• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably with engineers
• Bilingual in English and French
• Ability to travel regionally 25% to 50%
• Solid organizational and negotiation skills
