PAPIYONA Home Décor is looking for someone who genuinely loves sales and takes ownership of results.

We are seeking an experienced, sales-driven retail qualified who enjoys connecting with customers, closing sales, and has a passion for home décor.

This role is for someone who can drive sales, upsell, cross-sell, and help achieve store targets — not simply provide customer service.

Responsibilities
Actively engage customers and understand their needs.
Drive daily and monthly sales.
Upsell and recommend complementary décor products.
Build customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Assist with opening, closing, and key-holder responsibilities.




Maintain attractive displays and strong showroom presentation.
Process POS transactions and customer orders accurately.

Requirements
2+ years of retail sales experience preferred.
Home décor, furniture, luxury retail, fashion, or similar experience is an asset.
Solid communication, closing, and upselling skills.
Confident, energetic, reliable, and target-driven.
Valuable eye for décor and product presentation.
Available weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
