We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Servers and Bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidates are passionate about hospitality, work well in a fast-paced setting, and take pride in providing excellent service and creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional and positive attitude. You will take orders, serve beverages, prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, process payments, and ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service
Take beverage orders accurately
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions
Deliver drinks promptly and professionally
Maintain clean and organized tables, bar, and service areas
Process payments and handle cash/POS transactions accurately
Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and company policies
Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members




Handle guest requests and concerns in a professional manner
Help with opening, closing, and general restaurant duties as needed

Qualifications:
Previous serving or bartending experience is an asset
Smart Serve certification is required for serving & bartending/alcohol service in Ontario
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and solid teamwork skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
