Sienna is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse for night shifts to support and care for seniors. You will be accountable for providing nursing care, supervising support staff, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Your role will include continuous assessment and communication with residents and families to uphold their comfort and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care per established policies and physician orders
• Ensure excellent personal care through sound nursing practices
• Create a supportive workplace via teamwork and communication




• Oversee resident care and guide support staff
• Conduct ongoing assessments for resident admissions and changes

Requirements:
• Must be in valuable standing with the College of LPNs of Alberta
• Experience in Geriatrics or senior care is an asset
• Solid judgment and risk identification skills
• Ability to foster a positive work culture
• Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check
