• Field inbound calls with professionalism and energy
• Qualify prospects by assessing their needs and rental criteria




• Answer property-related questions and promote the application process
• Convert inquiries into scheduled showing appointments
• Support marketing initiatives when phones are quiet

Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sales or marketing experience preferred
• Highly organized with calendar management skills
• Positive attitude and ability to build rapport
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
