Define long-term Property & Casualty strategic priorities
Manage and prioritize business requirements for project alignment
Develop business cases demonstrating value to stakeholders




Collaborate with tech teams to enhance product offerings
Own acceptance of current functionality against business needs Requirements:
3+ years in commercial Property & Casualty insurance
Strong knowledge of underwriting and product management
Proficiency with Guidewire PolicyCenter and related systems
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
