Key Responsibilities:



• Lead capital projects from design to closeout • Manage relationships with Local Co-ops and consultants • Facilitate design coordination and planning meetings • Monitor schedules, budgets, and contractor performance • Provide mentorship to project team members

Requirements: • 8+ years of project management experience • Bachelor's Degree, Engineering preferred • Strong understanding of CCDC standards • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Willingness to travel up to 25% for project needs
