Community Development Council Durham (CDCD) is seeking a Wellness Navigator for a 12-month contract to support newcomers and diverse communities in Ajax and Oshawa. You will help individuals access mental health, wellness, and social services with a trauma-informed, equity-focused approach.
You will collaborate with staff, volunteers, and community partners, promote inclusive programs, and ensure accessible resources for people facing barriers.
