Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in a STEM field.
More than 8 years of experience in Verification and Validation.
3 years of experience leading V&V; planning and architecture design.
Excellent communication skills.
High proficiency in Python test automation and API testing frameworks. Knowledge of PyTest and GitHub Actions.
Experience with Over the Air firmware update validation.
Knowledge of cybersecurity testing and topics for connected products.
Experience analyzing test results, logs, artifacts, and telemetry data to identify product defects and automation issues.
Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of TCP-IP, BACnet IP, Modbus, Zigbee.
Background in Smart Building Automation or real estate IoT solutions.




Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as IEC 62443, OWASP.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Lead the verification and validation of a complete suite of products (sensors, gateway & solution).
Translate functional, non-functional, performance, and cybersecurity requirements into comprehensive test specifications.
Manage defect triage and root cause analysis with other team members.
Create, prioritize, and communicate test plans.
Architect and scale automated hardware in the loop when necessary.
Implement CI/CD automated test pipelines.
Ensure simulation tools are up-to-date and maintained.
Execute tests.
Follow the design process and deliver quality design documents on time.
