This position arises from an existing vacancy and includes a biweekly rotation of Saturday, Sunday, Thursday, and Monday. As an RPN, you will offer personal and nursing care, ensuring a supportive environment through teamwork and effective communication. Your leadership will provide guidance to Personal Support Workers, facilitating exceptional care for all residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care as per established protocols
• Ensure excellent nursing and personal care practices




• Communicate effectively with residents and families
• Supervise Personal Support Workers on your unit
• Conduct assessments for admissions and changes in status
Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse in valuable standing in Ontario
• Experience in geriatrics or senior health beneficial
• Strong judgment skills and risk identification
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
