FGF Brands is seeking a Team Leader for the Mixer/Scaler on a production shift. You will lead a rapid-paced manufacturing team to meet production schedules safely and on time, while overseeing raw material handling and inventory duties within the plant setting.
You will manage pre-shift communication, train and coach team members, and ensure GMP and safety procedures are followed. This role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on quality and efficiency.
