Our client is one of the largest home builders in North America, with a strong focus on low-rise residential construction. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking an experienced

Senior Financial Analyst to join their Vaughan-based team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking to join a large, established organization and take on a key role supporting financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support business and operational decisions.
Analyze financial performance, variances, trends, and key performance indicators.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
Prepare management reports and presentations for senior leadership.
Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
Analyze project and operational financial data, identifying trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with accounting, operations, and other internal departments.
Improve financial reporting processes, systems,



and analytical tools.
Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.

Qualifications
5–10 years of progressive financial analysis experience.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics , or a related discipline.
Strong Canadian educational background preferred.
Experience within home building, residential construction, real estate, or development is a major asset.
Low-rise residential construction experience is highly preferred.
Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel skills and robust proficiency with financial systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Compensation & Location Salary: $90,000–$110,000

Location: Vaughan, ON

Work Arrangement: Fully in-office — no work-from-home option.
