Equitable in Waterloo, Ontario is seeking an experienced Underwriter to join our Group Underwriting team. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with adaptable days, supporting a diverse client base across Canada.

You will conduct risk assessments, set pricing, and prepare underwriting proposals for recent and renewal business, while coaching colleagues and contributing to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team.
