Reporting to the Global Head of Structuring, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing fund structures for dedicated managed account clients.

Your responsibilities will involve drafting and negotiating a variety of fund documentation, such as investment management agreements and service provider contracts, while managing client relationships and collaborating with internal teams like risk and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
