Job Title: Senior Content Designer

Location: Hybrid (Toronto, Ontario)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Salary Range: C$55 - C$65/hr

Required Skills & Qualifications
8 years in Content Design, UX Writing, or Product Content within digital platforms, complex applications
Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end product journeys
Strong understanding of investing concepts (trading, portfolios, equities, etc.)
Experience writing in regulated financial or fintech environments
Expertise in precision language that mitigates compliance and risk
Advanced proficiency in Figma and working within design systems
Direct experience with trading platforms or brokerage environments
Familiarity with AI-powered product features or conversational UX




Experience designing for sophisticated or high-frequency investor users
Background in wealth management or fintech

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Design and deliver end-to-end product content across trading workflows
Shape content for AI-driven experiences, including trade insights and conversational bot interfaces
Reduce ambiguity and regulatory risk through precise, compliant financial language
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UX, Research, Legal, Risk, and Compliance
Contribute to content strategy for high-value trading journeys
Ensure content aligns with investor literacy levels and advanced trading expectations
Participate in research, testing, and iterative refinement cycles
