Role: Temporary Courier position responsible for efficient pick-up and delivery of packages, ensuring compliance with service standards and maintaining professionalism.
Key Duties: Safely operate vehicle, plan efficient routes, inspect and label shipments, operate tracking systems, and provide excellent customer service.
Assist with loading/unloading and sorting packages as needed.
Promote additional business and communicate sales leads.
Ensure security and proper handling of packages, equipment, and vehicles.
Answer customer inquiries, inform about services, and adhere to all regulations and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED, with preferred customer service experience. Proficiency in operating computerized systems and a valid G license are required. Additional Requirements: Ability to operate vehicles safely, perform loading/unloading tasks, and work versatile shifts. Bilingual skills in French and English are required for Quebec residents. Candidates must have a clean driving record and pass relevant assessments.
