Follows operating procedures, plans routes for efficiency, secures property, and seeks additional business from current customers.
Handles package labeling, paperwork, and operates computerized tracking and dispatch systems.
Provides information about services, answers customer questions, and demonstrates proficiency with equipment and features.
Operates vehicle safely, complying with regulations, and may assist with loading, unloading, sorting, and scanning packages as needed.

Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED. No prior experience required; customer service experience preferred. Key Skills: Customer orientation, attention to detail, safety awareness, and effective communication.
