We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guard to ensure the safety and security based on our client requirements. This role involves monitoring property, preventing loss, and maintaining a secure environment for staff, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observational skills, and experience in surveillance or law enforcement. Responsibilities
Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security risks
Monitor surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to observe activity and ensure security protocols are followed
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, including assisting law enforcement when necessary
Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and observations
Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and issuing visitor passes
Assist with loss prevention efforts by observing suspicious behavior and intervening when appropriate
Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and staff with directions or inquiries while maintaining security protocols
Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times
Requirements
Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is preferred
Knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and loss prevention techniques is highly desirable
Strong observational skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations
Excellent communication skills for effective reporting and interaction with the public
Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work flexible shifts as needed
Ability to pass any required background checks or screenings necessary for security roles
