Responsibilities
Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble, repair, and customize textiles and garments efficiently and accurately
Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards
Set up and adjust sewing machines according to specific project requirements
Maintain a clean and organized workstation to promote safety and productivity
Follow detailed work instructions and production schedules to meet deadlines
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot machine issues and improve workflow processes
Document production activities and report any equipment malfunctions or quality concerns promptly
Skills
Proven experience in manufacturing settings, particularly with sewing or textile production
Familiarity with operating industrial sewing machines and related equipment
Strong attention to detail with an eye for quality control
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Good physical stamina, including standing for extended periods and handling fabric materials
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors
