Position: Full time Sales Representative

Wage: $18.25 per hour plus performance-based incentives

Hours: 35–40 hours per week

Connect Construction Pages is seeking a confident, motivated and results-driven Sales Representative. The successful candidate will connect with construction companies, contractors and local businesses to promote our advertising and digital marketing services.

Responsibilities
Contact prospective clients by phone, email and in person.
Visit businesses and meet prospective clients throughout the service area.
Promote directory advertising, website design, SEO and other marketing services.
Explain available packages and recommend suitable options.
Build robust relationships with new and existing clients.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, leads and sales.
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.




Assist with account renewals and client follow-ups.

Requirements
A valid driver’s licence and reliable, presentable vehicle are mandatory.
Solid communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls and visiting businesses in person.
Self-motivated, organized and results-oriented.
Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous sales, advertising, construction or digital marketing experience is an asset, but training will be provided.

Compensation
$18.25 per hour.
Additional performance-based sales incentives.
