Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS) is hiring a Shift Supervisor to provide retail services to CAF members and families. You will supervise staff, handle customer concerns, and authorize refunds while managing store operations, safety and accuracy on cash handling.
As part of a unionized, in office team, you will manage diverse services, including dry cleaning, lottery, gas and postal services, using up-to-date POS tools and a focus on excellent customer experience.
