Counsellor role focuses on connecting students and families with community resources while providing individual and group counseling. You will enhance student well-being, promote education, and collaborate closely with faculty to support those in need. Seeking a passionate advocate for student development in an inclusive atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
Connect families with community resources and school support
Provide individual and group counseling to students
Develop strategies for coping with academic and personal challenges




Collaborate with staff to identify students needing assistance
Maintain records of sessions and student progress Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Counseling or related field
Minimum of 2 years in a counseling role
Certified School Counselor credentials preferred
Experience with adolescent issues and mental health
Ability to handle conflict and manage crisis situations Utilize your counseling expertise to positively impact the lives of students and families in the Stz’uminus community.
