Stage Windows & Doors in Vaughan, Ontario, is seeking an experienced HR Manager – Employee Relations & Compliance for a 12-month maternity leave contract. You will lead day-to-day HR operations with a focus on employee relations, payroll, and compliance, reporting to the President & CEO.
You will guide managers on performance, ensure OHSA, ESA, and WSIB compliance, and manage HRIS workflows, advantages, and leaves in a rapid-paced workplace. A CHRP/CHRL is an asset.
