This seasonal, on-call position requires operators to explicit snow from commercial properties between November 2025 and March 2026. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of skid steer experience and a strong commitment to safety. With a modern fleet equipped for winter conditions, GRM Inc. supports its operators with dedicated Zone Leaders for assistance.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to on-call dispatch for winter weather events
Explicit snow efficiently from assigned job sites
Conduct machine inspections before and after shifts
Communicate effectively with the Zone Leader during operations
Requirements:
Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation
Minimum one year skid steer operating experience
On-call availability for winter months
