About the Role:

We are looking for hardworking and reliable staff to join our team for the upcoming fall clean-up season. The role involves assisting with residential and commercial property clean-ups, ensuring leaves, debris, and lawns are properly maintained.

Responsibilities:
Operate backpack blowers, leaf vacuums, and lawn mowers
Assist with seasonal yard clean-up tasks (leaves, branches, debris)
Safely use hand tools and power equipment
Work efficiently as part of a crew
Drive or assist with site-to-site transportation (if qualified)

Requirements:
Previous experience with landscape equipment (backpack blowers, vacuums, mowers)
Own reliable transportation to and from work (transportation between job sites provided)
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions




Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
Must provide 2 references
Must live in the Burlington / Oakville area
Bonus: Experience driving a truck and trailer – this will increase your hourly pay
If you have experience using LMN software this is a HUGE bonus Compensation & Perks:
$21–$23 per hour
Higher rate for truck/trailer driving experience
Adaptable schedule (20–40 per week, depending on workload)
Prospect for ongoing seasonal work during winter months
