Duties
Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and recommend suitable gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance products.
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts.
Assist customers with product inquiries in multiple languages to ensure explicit communication and excellent service.
Maintain attractive merchandise displays by organizing stock, replenishing shelves, and implementing visual merchandising strategies.




Support landscape maintenance tasks within the store or outdoor areas to create an inviting shopping setting.
Manage e-commerce orders by processing online sales and coordinating pickup or delivery options.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the shopping experience.

Experience
Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in gardening, horticulture, or outdoor products.
Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling best practices.
Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs.
Knowledge of landscaping techniques, garden care, or horticulture principles is advantageous.
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain store cleanliness and orderliness.
Experience working with e-commerce platforms or digital sales tools is beneficial.
