AgeCare is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide qualified nursing care to residents in a Don Mills, Toronto setting. This part time role will involve directing Personal Support Workers and coordinating with physicians and the health care team.
You will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to ensure residents receive high-quality care in a supportive, home-like community.
