Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or answering questions about merchandise.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges while handling cash and card transactions securely.
Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services, increasing store revenue.
Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and optimize product placement.




Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick checkout lines and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs.
Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or technology sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Solid communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly and confidently.
Basic math skills for cash handling, balancing registers, and processing transactions accurately.
Knowledge of merchandising principles, POS systems, and retail operations is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently during shifts.
Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor and phone etiquette skills to engage customers positively.
