Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Operator to join our team in the hospitality industry in a designated rural community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, guest services, and customer relations, staying near the Hotel permise is a huge plus. This role involves managing front desk operations, administration of the hotel and bar, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining smooth communication across various departments.

Duties
Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures
Handle guest inquiries and provide outstanding guest services to ensure a memorable stay
Operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to proper phone etiquette
Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests
Do Housekeeping, coordinate maintenance, and be able to do minor maintance is a plus and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly
Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing details
Address guest concerns promptly and effectively to uphold high standards of guest relations
Support administration procedures as needed, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation of the hotel and realted departments.




Uphold hospitality standards by providing friendly and productive service at all times
Being able to cook on low-key hours is a plus

Requirements
Interested but with no relevant knowledge or experience can apply.
It is best to have previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations.
Robust customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential
Experience in hospitality management or resort environments is a plus
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
Professional appearance and demeanour required to represent the hotel positively
