This internship offers a unique chance to work in both office and manufacturing environments at Pratt & Whitney Canada. The selected candidate will support setting, health, and safety (EHS) projects while collaborating with the in office safety team. You will engage in both individual tasks and teamwork to promote best practices in waste reduction and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with environmental compliance projects and documentation
• Support EHS training and safety records management
• Participate in safety committee meetings and initiatives
• Analyze manufacturing practices for risk identification
• Help develop best practice proposals for capital projects
Requirements:
• Must be enrolled in a Canadian university
• Comfortable in a manufacturing setting
• Studying Environmental Engineering or a related field
• Detail-oriented with strong initiative
• Eligible to work in Canada
