Key Responsibilities
Administer primary care to hospice residents
Engage with healthcare teams for comprehensive support

Requirements:
Valid RPN Certificate from the College of Nurses of Ontario
At least one year of relevant hospice experience
Willingness to complete LEAP training soon after hire
Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities
Valid First Aid and CPR certification
