Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity
Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols
Support residents with meal preparation, ensuring nutritious and balanced diets tailored to individual needs
Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a warm, welcoming workplace
Maintain cleanliness of living spaces through routine cleaning tasks to ensure health and safety standards are met
Observe and document residents’ health status, behaviors, and any changes, reporting concerns promptly to supervisors




Implement care plans designed by healthcare professionals, adapting support as needed for each individual's requirements

Experience
Prior experience in assisted living or nursing home settings is highly desirable
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or acquired brain injuries enhances your ability to provide effective support
Knowledge of dementia care techniques and medication administration procedures is advantageous
Demonstrated caregiving skills with a compassionate approach to supporting vulnerable populations
Ability to perform light cleaning duties and meal preparation as part of holistic care provision
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, residents, and families
