We are looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager who is comfortable working alongside the team and taking an active role in daily restaurant operations.
Hands-On Restaurant Manager
Lead daily restaurant operations
Work directly with kitchen and front-of-house staff
Assist with cooking, food preparation, and customer service when needed
Train and supervise employees
Prepare staff schedules
Monitor food quality, portion control, and cleanliness
Manage inventory and place orders
Handle customer concerns
Complete opening and closing duties
Ensure compliance with food-safety and workplace standards
Help control food and labour costs
Maintain a positive and productive team setting
Pay: $40,000.00-$75,900.00 per year
