Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of nightclub operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness to uphold high standards.
Supervise and motivate staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and conducting interviews to build a cohesive team.
Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and proper food safety practices.
Monitor cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to ensure accuracy and security during transactions.
Maintain excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Coordinate nicghtclub activities,



including guarantee quality standards are met consistently.
Implement operational procedures that promote efficiency, safety, and hospitality excellence across all restaurant functions.

Skills
Proven supervising experience within the food service or restaurant industry with solid team management skills.
Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety protocols.
Familiarity with POS systems like Clear POS for accurate cash handling and order processing.
Excellent leadership abilities with experience in interviewing and training new staff members.
Strong customer service orientation combined with hospitality expertise to create welcoming environments.
Ability to oversee restaurant management tasks such as inventory control, food safety compliance, and kitchen operations.
Experience with bartending or barista roles is a plus for supporting diverse service offerings.

This role is perfect for motivated leaders passionate about delivering top-tier hospitality experiences while managing vibrant restaurant environments! Pay: $15,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
