QuadReal Property Group is seeking a Building Operator, Level 2 in Calgary to join our building operations team. You will ensure secure, productive operation of the portfolio and respond to tenant requests with a robust customer-service mindset.
The role requires a 4th Class Power Engineer or Building Operator Certificate with at least 3 years’ experience in commercial high-rise settings. You will monitor BAS, perform preventive maintenance, and support environmental and safety programs.
