Provide audiological phone support to customers
Assist in fitting and troubleshooting hearing instruments
Conduct technical product reviews and consultations
Collaborate with sales and training teams
Participate in seminars and product launches Requirements:
Master’s degree in Audiology or related field
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
Bilingual in English and French
Knowledge of NOAH and manufacturer software
