This role focuses on strategic account health, merchant advocacy, and cross-functional collaboration to balance profitability with client success.

You will leverage Excel, Salesforce, and Power BI to synthesize performance data, prepare executive reviews, and shape product direction in a hybrid Toronto GTA workplace.
