Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide secure, skilled, and high-quality nursing care to patients/residents.
Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care according to individual care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and document patients' health conditions and progress.
Take and record vital signs.
Assist with wound care and other nursing procedures within the RPN scope of practice.
Communicate changes in patient condition to the appropriate healthcare team.
