Schedule patients accurately using the Epic system
Greet customers courteously in the outpatient department
Manage multi-line phone system and retrieve voicemails
Verify insurance data and obtain patient consents
Fax patient reports to physician offices and insurers Requirements:
High School Graduate preferred
Valid driver's license required
Robust organizational skills in scheduling
Experience with phone systems and patient interactions
