Lead the Parish of Neil’s Harbour with Ingonish in its mission to connect community with Christ. This role focuses on pastoral care, worship, and community outreach, set amidst Cape Breton's stunning landscapes. The Parish seeks a compassionate Rector to serve two welcoming Anglican congregations along the beautiful Cabot Trail.

This role emphasizes Anglican worship traditions and engaging preaching. You will be involved in community events, Bible studies, and offering care to the sick and elderly, making significant impacts in local lives. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Sunday worship and pastoral care services
Conduct Bible study and community outreach initiatives
Foster relationships within and outside the church
Prepare service materials and ministry activities
Collaborate with Licensed Lay Ministers and Associate Priest Requirements:
Robust commitment to faith and community service
Effective preaching skills in plain, relevant language
Compassionate listener with pastoral care experience
Ability to connect the Gospel to everyday life
