The Registered

Nurse reports directly to the Director of Care and is responsible for comprehensive resident assessments, service planning, and documentation.

Experience in gerontology or long-term care will be a significant asset in this role. The RN will collaborate with various healthcare teams to maintain high standards and facilitate optimal resident care. Key Responsibilities:
Complete and update residents' care assessments and service plans
Assist in scheduling and participate in care conferences




Supervise medication administration by unregulated care providers
Respond to medical emergencies and significant changes in resident health
Coordinate nursing assignments for effective service delivery Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse registration in BC
Experience with seniors and care providers
Solid critical thinking and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
