Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s specific needs and health conditions
Conduct thorough assessments and communicate treatment plans clearly to clients
Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health regulations
Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or referrals if necessary
Stay current with industry best practices, current techniques,



and relevant medical terminology to enhance service quality
Foster positive relationships through excellent customer service, active listening, and professional communication skills

Qualifications
Valid registration and licensure as a Massage Therapist in accordance with local regulatory bodies
Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to massage therapy and human anatomy
Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service in a wellness or healthcare setting
Excellent communication skills to effectively explain treatments and address client concerns
Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude
Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to industry standards
