QUALIFICATIONS:
Completion of a Community College Program at a minimum
Five years’ experience in an automotive manufacturing Tier 1 Quality setting. Valuable understanding of the AIAG 5 Core Tools, principles and concepts of Statistical Process Control. ASQ, CQE certification would be an asset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to interact with all levels of employees in the organization, customers, suppliers, sub-contractors, engineers, etc
Valuable knowledge of company processes
Excellent communication skills
Computer skills in MS Office, Statistical Tools like Minitab and other data bases.
