The Quality

Supervisor plays a pivotal role within the organization by leading quality personnel and closely collaborating with production, engineering, and management teams. You will oversee inspection processes, manage audits, and support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
Lead internal and coordinate external audits
Supervise all incoming, in-process,



and final inspections
Monitor product quality trends and implement corrective actions
Serve as primary contact for customer quality concerns Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Quality, Engineering, or related fields
Minimum 5 years of quality experience in manufacturing
At least 2 years of supervisory experience
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality systems
Robust problem-solving skills and analytical abilities Strengthen quality management and lead audits to support a culture of excellence in manufacturing.
