King George Nissan in South Surrey requires a Full Time Receptionist. We are a family owned, new car dealership that has been serving the South Surrey and White Rock area for the last 35 years.

Hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm

Duties include
Answering and directing phone calls on a multi line phone system.
Greeting and directing walk in customers to the appropriate departments and personnel.
Light book keeping duties
Stocking in and stocking out vehicles
Updating customer and vehicle sales information into Nissan's web portal.
General filing
Recording sales people's hours
Keeping customer lounge and coffee area tidy and general tidying of the showroom displays, brochure racks, etc.
Other duties as may reasonably be required of the position.

1 yr experience with reception / bookkeeping in an automotive dealership or a similar industry.
Ability to multitask and work well in a team workplace.
Competence with basic productivity software like Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to accurately enter data.
Ability to adhere to a business casual dress code.

Previous automotive experience is an asset. Previous experience with ADP/CDK software is an asset. Previous experience with Payworks payroll software is an asset. Compensation commensurate with experience.
