Quality Assurance Lead – SAP S/4HANA
Location: Montreal, QC
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week
Contract: 12 months, with possibility of extension
Language: English & French required; Spanish is an asset

About the Role
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to oversee independent test governance and readiness assurance for a major SAP S/4HANA and BTP transformation. The role focuses on validating testing evidence, managing quality controls and identifying risks across SIT, UAT, SIT2, cutover and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Govern test readiness, quality gates and testing standards.
Validate test evidence, documentation and traceability.
Monitor defect management, ageing, trends and escalations.
Review System Integrator testing reports and identify quality gaps.
Prepare QA readiness reports and recommend Pass, Conditional Pass or Blocker decisions.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA testing governance, SIT/UAT, defect management and test management tools; qTest is an asset.
Robust analytical, documentation, stakeholder management and reporting skills.
Must be fluent in English and French and available onsite in Montreal three days per week.
