The Care Company in Ontario is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) for visiting home care across multiple service areas. This casual, mobile role offers adaptable scheduling and a client-centered caseload, with travel between home visits within designated geographic areas.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, wound and catheter care, educate clients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
