We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QC & AOI Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) and electronic products using Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment and manual inspection techniques to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
Working closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams, you will help identify defects, verify workmanship, and ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards.
Inspect PCB assemblies in accordance with IPC-A-610 standards using AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) equipment and visual inspection methods
Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and in-process inspections
Identify, document, and report defects, discrepancies, and non-conformances
Review assembly drawings, BOMs, work instructions, and customer specifications
Verify component placement, polarity, solder quality, and part numbers
Conduct visual inspections using microscopes and magnification equipment
Support troubleshooting and process improvement activities
Maintain accurate inspection and quality records
Assist with corrective and preventive actions
Communicate quality concerns to Production, Engineering, and Management teams
Follow company quality procedures and manufacturing standards
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
