Region of Peel is seeking an Adult Day Support Worker for onsite work at The Davis Centre, Bolton, to provide personal care to clients in the Adult Day Programs. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to promote dignity, independence, and a secure, stimulating workplace.
Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, medications, meals, and monitoring health; guiding volunteers and recent staff; and contributing to individualized care plans and accurate documentation.
